By applying for admission to IE, candidates are automatically considered for this academic merit-based award and no scholarship application is required. This award considers the academic trajectory of the candidate, and in addition to the award itself, candidates are invited to participate in the IE Foundation Fellows program, a community of our top award and scholarship recipients. Candidates who are nominated for this scholarship will be notified with their admission offer. Last academic year, candidates who received the IE Academic Excellence Award had the following grades on average. Please bear in mind that having grades in the average range of the previous intake at the time of application is not a guarantee that an IE Academic Excellence Award will be granted, as the award considers the entire academic trajectory as well as the admissions process. A Levels: All As with at least two A* American High School Diploma: 3.9/4 unweighted GPA Bachillerato Español: 9.7/10 -French Baccalauréat: 18/20 German Abitur: 1.2 (14/15) International Baccalaureate Diploma (IB): 43/45 (40/42) Amount: The award for the duration of the degree will vary depending on the candidate's merit and available funding at the time of the admission.
